Key Responsibilities
- Last-Mile Resource Development & Management: Lead the development of local delivery resources across Europe, ensuring reliable daily and peak-period capacity. Establish supplier evaluation systems covering timeliness, cost, and other key metrics.
- Product Planning & Cost Optimization: Research European last-mile market demand, develop product roadmaps, and build cost models with dynamic pricing and cost adjustments.
- Operations Monitoring & Customer Response: Monitor last-mile performance indicators including timeliness and damage rates; establish rapid response mechanisms for exceptions; collect customer feedback and translate it into product optimization requirements.
- Cross-Department Collaboration & Data Analysis: Work with sales teams to develop customer solutions and provide last-mile product training; support key account bidding; coordinate with technical teams to advance last-mile system integration and data digitalization.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of cross-border logistics operations experience in Europe; proven experience in last-mile supplier negotiation and management.
- Familiar with EU VAT rules, EORI customs clearance processes, and local delivery regulations.
- Understanding of logistics cost accounting logic; strong cost analysis skills; experience in commercial negotiation.
- Strong supply chain mindset; ability to coordinate peak-season capacity planning for European teams; strong pressure resistance; adaptable to cross-border logistics peak-season fluctuations; capable of leading risk forecasting and response.
- Professional working proficiency in Chinese, English, and German; cross-cultural communication and business negotiation skills.
