QA/QC Engineer 3D APP / AEC Tool

The company Our client is a well-funded start-up building a CAD web application using React. As part of the commitment to delivering a high-quality product, the company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer. Initially, you will focus on creating and maintaining end-to-end tests using Playwright, ensuring robust visual and functional testing. Over time, your role will expand to include designing and implementing unit tests and a comprehensive testing strategy. Tasks Develop and maintain end-to-end tests using Playwright for functional and visual testing. Collaborate with developers to identify test requirements and create automated test scripts. Design and implement a comprehensive testing plan, including unit, integration, and regression testing. Analyze and troubleshoot issues uncovered during testing, providing detailed feedback to the development team. Monitor and improve test coverage across the application. Establish testing best practices and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline. Support scalability and performance testing as the application grows. Regularly review and update test cases to align with new features and changes. Profile Technical Skills : Proven experience with automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.). Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with React-based applications. Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating testing tools. Familiarity with CAD tools or domain knowledge is a significant plus. Background in performance and scalability testing. Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with developers and other team members.
