Seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel position in a public school district.
Responsibilities Include
- Conducting diagnosis and therapeutic intervention for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
- Implementing strategies and accommodations to support students in inclusion settings.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and administrators.
- Utilizing diagnostic tools and working with students using augmentative communication devices.
- Developing and writing Individual Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals.
- Participating as an active team member in IEP meetings.
- Maintaining Clinical Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations for students with disabilities.
Qualifications Include
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- State licensure as an SLP.
- Experience working with school-aged children (preferred).
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work with diverse student needs.
