Looking for a new challenge? We are looking for new Safety Heroes for our team! Due to high demand from our customers, we are now looking for nationwide reinforcement for the wind power/renewable energy sector as a freelancer or on a project basis.

As an occupational safety specialist / safety engineer / safety and health coordinator, you will be the contact person for our customers in matters of occupational safety and support wind farm operators and project developers in securing their construction sites with customised solutions, taking into account all aspects of the wind industry.

If friendly and competent advice is your top priority, you are familiar with occupational health and safety regulations and risk assessments are not new territory for you, then you’ve come to the right place!

Your mission

• Construction site supervision throughout Germany in the wind energy sector
• Advising the entire project team on the implementation of occupational health and safety regulations and laws
• Interface with external service providers, property insurers, company doctors, authorities and employers‘ liability insurance associations
• Checking construction site personnel and equipment as part of regular construction site inspections
• Close cooperation with those responsible on site
• Support in the preparation of risk assessments and root cause analyses, derivation of improvement measures and follow-up

Who you are

• You have completed training as an occupational safety specialist (at least level 1 and 2 completed), as a health and safety coordinator and/or a qualification as a safety engineer
• You are highly motivated and ready to gain valuable experience and take on responsibility right from the start.
• Training in construction site coordination in accordance with RAB 30, Annex C is an advantage
• You are interested in renewable energies and construction site projects or have already gained experience in this field
• Business fluent in German and English (minimum B2)
• Experienced with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite
• Strong teamwork and organisational skills as well as a sense of responsibility, resilience and hands-on mentality
• High level of consulting expertise as well as a structured and conscientious way of working
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany
• Class B driving licence
