Als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit / Sicherheitsingenieur*in / Sicherheits- und Gesundheitskoordinator*in bist du Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Kund*innen in Sachen Arbeitssicherheit und unterstützt Windparkbetreiber und Projektentwickler bei der Absicherung ihrer Baustellen durch individuelle Lösungen, unter Berücksichtigung aller Aspekte der Windindustrie.

Deine Mission
- Baustellenbetreuung in ganz Deutschland im Bereich Windenergie
- Beratung des gesamten Projektteams bei der Umsetzung der Arbeitsschutzvorschriften und -gesetze
- Schnittstelle zu externen Dienstleistern, Sachversicherern, Betriebsärzt*innen, Behörden und Berufsgenossenschaften
- Überprüfung des Baustellenpersonals und des Equipments im Rahmen regelmäßiger Baustelleninspektionen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen vor Ort
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Ursachenanalysen, Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Nachverfolgung
Das bist du
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (mind. Stufe 1 und 2 abgeschlossen), als SiGeKo und/oder einen Abschluss als Sicherheitsingenieur
- Du bist hochmotiviert und bereit, wertvolle Erfahrungen zu sammeln und von Anfang an Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Eine Ausbildung Baustellenkoordination nach RAB 30, Anlage C ist von Vorteil
- Du interessierst dich für erneuerbare Energien und Baustellenprojekte oder konntest hier sogar bereits Erfahrungen sammeln
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (Minimum B2)
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) oder Google-Suite
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsstärke sowie verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln, Belastbarkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Hohe Beratungskompetenz sowie eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft
- Führerschein Klasse B

Looking for a new challenge? We are looking for new Safety Heroes for our team! Due to high demand from our customers, we are now looking for nationwide reinforcement for the wind power/renewable energy sector as a freelancer or on a project basis.
As an occupational safety specialist / safety engineer / safety and health coordinator, you will be the contact person for our customers in matters of occupational safety and support wind farm operators and project developers in securing their construction sites with customised solutions, taking into account all aspects of the wind industry.
If friendly and competent advice is your top priority, you are familiar with occupational health and safety regulations and risk assessments are not new territory for you, then you’ve come to the right place!

Your mission
- Construction site supervision throughout Germany in the wind energy sector
- Advising the entire project team on the implementation of occupational health and safety regulations and laws
- Interface with external service providers, property insurers, company doctors, authorities and employers‘ liability insurance associations
- Checking construction site personnel and equipment as part of regular construction site inspections
- Close cooperation with those responsible on site
- Support in the preparation of risk assessments and root cause analyses, derivation of improvement measures and follow-up
Who you are
- You have completed training as an occupational safety specialist (at least level 1 and 2 completed), as a health and safety coordinator and/or a qualification as a safety engineer
- You are highly motivated and ready to gain valuable experience and take on responsibility right from the start.
- Training in construction site coordination in accordance with RAB 30, Annex C is an advantage
- You are interested in renewable energies and construction site projects or have already gained experience in this field
- Business fluent in German and English (minimum B2)
- Experienced with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills as well as a sense of responsibility, resilience and hands-on mentality
- High level of consulting expertise as well as a structured and conscientious way of working
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany
- Class B driving licence
