As Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the summit’s growth and market presence. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing partnerships with sponsors, exhibitors, corporates, and ecosystem partners globally.
Working directly with the Managing Directors, you will own the sales cycle from lead generation and relationship management to negotiation and closing while managing a dynamic pipeline and collaborating closely with Marketing and Content teams to align commercial opportunities with the summit programme and strategic themes.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial sales professional from the healthcare industry who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building relationships with senior stakeholders, and is motivated by revenue growth, partnerships, and international ecosystem development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify sponsors, exhibitors, startups, corporates, investors, and strategic ecosystem partners.
Develop and execute targeted outbound sales campaigns across email, LinkedIn, calls, and industry networking.
Conduct discovery meetings and commercial conversations to understand partner objectives and position tailored sponsorship, exhibition, and participation opportunities.
Negotiate and close partnership agreements, sponsorship packages, and exhibitor contracts while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Maintain strong long‑term relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from first contact through post‑event follow‑up.
Prepare commercial reports, pipeline forecasts, and strategic account updates for the Managing Directors, identifying growth opportunities and commercial risks.
Ideal Profile
Proven experience in B2B sales, sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, conference sales, or ecosystem growth.
Having a strong network in the healthcare ecosystem
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on, execution‑driven approach.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision‑makers across healthcare, technology, investment, and innovation sectors.
Highly motivated by targets, revenue growth, and commercial success.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
