Your profile

• Qualification as a coach or mentor and at least 3 years of coaching experience
• Knowledge of the German healthcare system and health-related support services
• Professional experience in the healthcare industry, human resources, career counseling or job placement
• Safe use of PCs and online tools
• Empathetic and methodologically sound communication skills
