Sr. Epic Business Intelligence Developer

HealthTECH Resources is seeking an experienced Sr. Epic Business Intelligence Developer with Epic Revenue Cycle expertise for a leading healthcare organization. This fully remote role focuses on designing and deploying data analytics solutions with emphasis on revenue cycle operations and Epic Caboodle platform.

Sr. Epic Business Intelligence Developer Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS
• Build functional data marts focused on revenue cycle analytics
• Maintain and extend Epic Caboodle platform with custom data modeling components
• Create data models, ERDs, and data flow diagrams for revenue cycle reporting
• Perform revenue cycle data analysis and ad-hoc queries to support business decisions
• Implement data quality and integrity best practices for financial data
• Support enterprise data standards and master data management initiatives
• Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to gather requirements and translate into BI solutions
• Contribute to data governance initiatives in revenue cycle domains

Sr. Epic Business Intelligence Developer Key Qualifications

• Epic Revenue Cycle certifications required
• 7+ years of proven experience in database development and BI reporting
• Strong experience creating content to display Epic data from Clarity and Caboodle
• Expert knowledge of Power BI and dynamic data visualization tools
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including window functions and common table expressions
• Experience with Microsoft BI stack and ETL tools (SSIS, ADF)
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle workflows and data structures
• Sound knowledge of revenue cycle processes and financial reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in technical, scientific, or healthcare discipline
• Epic Clarity-Caboodle Development certifications preferred
