Job Overview

We are offering a dual study program as a Bauingenieur (m/w/d) at Heckmann Bau GmbH & Co. KG in Brilon, starting 01.08.2026. The program includes training as a canal, road or concrete construction engineer and studies at the Hochschule, culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and calculate the foundations for structures in high, low, and commercial construction projects.
Lead construction sites and take responsibility for their success.
Apply your knowledge first in practice during the combined training and, in the study phase, take on exciting projects with the support of an experienced site manager.

Qualifications

Successfully completed at least the school part of the Fachabitur.
Responsible and eager to develop into a leadership role.
A passion for learning how structures are built from the ground up.
Interest in technology.
Desire to work on large projects and create something great.
