Your Responsibilities
- Working on research projects in the field of gynecologic oncology within the highly innovative and experienced research environment of the DKFZ. Publications in internationally respected journals.
- Curating of clinical registry databases and participation in interdisciplinary tumor boards.
- Performance of complex gynecologic operations including robot-assisted surgery and management of complex oncological diseases.
- Rotations in General Surgery (including on-call services) and in Breast Surgery (including breast diagnostics).
Your Profile
- Completed Residency Training in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the beginning of the Fellowship.
- Team player and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and multiprofessional work environment.
- You are interested in Gynecological Cancer Research and are aiming for a post-doctoral qualification – previous experience in this field including scientific publications is desirable but not a prerequisite.
- You are highly motivated to deepen your surgical skills in gynecological oncology and breast surgery. You aim to establish yourself in this field or are aiming for a leadership position in gynecologic oncology in the long term.
