Lab14 is a subsidiary of RSBG SE, which is 100 percent owned by the RAG Foundation. The RAG Foundation finances the permanent debt left behind by the German coal industry and supports projects in the fields of education, science and culture.
Your mission
- As part of the Controlling team, you will drive forward the development and expansion of Group management.
- You will support the Group companies in preparing budgets and forecasts as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- You will be responsible for checking and evaluating the data of the Group companies and transferring it to our consolidation tool.
- You will actively help to create and maintain analyses and reports on key performance indicators. These include incoming orders, total operating performance, cost units, cash flow, contribution margin, net working capital and other Group-specific metrics.
- You assess deviations from plan and comment on them for management.
- With your business management expertise, you will provide competent support to the management in the technically oriented Group companies.
Your profile
- University degree with a focus on finance or controlling.
- Or several years of experience in comparable positions in an industrial company.
- Professional handling of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Sound knowledge of accounting, P&L and KLR.
- Analytical thinking, strong numerical skills, quality awareness, initiative and solution-oriented hands-on mentality.
- Ability to work in a team, social skills and the motivation to create lean and effective processes together.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
