At evoZero, we are rewriting the rules of construction. We provide a decarbonised cement powered by carbon capture and storage (CCS). Our mission is to increase the value of global assets by reducing the cost of decarbonisation, enabling builders to cut Scope 3 emissions without compromising performance or incurring high carbon‑offset costs.

This role is more than a sales position – it offers a chance to shape entire industries, influence global sustainability agendas, and secure lighthouse partnerships with powerful organisations worldwide.

In this role you will win evoZero adoption with the world\’s top engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms and infrastructure developers, drive inclusion in multi‑billion‑euro tenders, establish long‑term agreements, and open doors for evoZero in public‑private partnerships. You will directly report to the Vice President Global Sales & Marketing evoZero & evoBuild carbon capture. The role is global, focusing on North America and Europe, with approximately 50% travel, and can be based in North America or any EU country.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

• Own global account strategies for top EPCs, engineering firms, and infrastructure developers.
• Engage across technical design, procurement, sustainability, and C‑suite functions.
• Negotiate multi‑year, multi‑million agreements with premium pricing and scarcity management.
• Build early partnerships with governments and PPP projects to influence future regulations.
• Position evoZero as the standard for sustainable infrastructure.

YOUR PROFILE

• Success selling into global EPCs and infra developers (e.g., Bechtel, Fluor, Vinci, Jacobs).
• Strong background in complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise negotiations.
• Understanding of cement/concrete supply chains, CCS, or industrial decarbonisation (or a strong ability to learn fast).
• High integrity, compliance‑first, trusted advisor mindset.
• Enterprise hunter with the ability to open doors and win lighthouse projects.
