System Integrator Packaging – Strategy & Partnerships (m/f/d)The Global Account Management team is the central point of contact for both global and international accounts as well as for locations of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG and its subsidiaries. The main task is to support customer groups and their production facilities when investing in the complete product portfolio. A high degree of conceptual planning and management of customers as well as the provision of products and services in close cooperation with the operational Heidelberg locations is an integral part of the Global Account Team.Our goal is to establish HEIDELBERG as a leading system integrator in the packaging sector by developing holistic end-to-end workflows for customers and industries with the integration of software, machines, and partners. This includes the expansion of internal structures and the preparation of offers for the successful implementation of the system integrator approach as well as the active acquisition and support of customer projects – from the initial idea to the commissioning of the solution.Your tasks:Strategic tasks (internal)· Development and implementation of the system integration strategy for the packaging sector· Design and implementation of modular, scalable end-to-end workflows for potential customers (printers, packagers, manufacturers, (own) brands, etc.) and industries (e.g. food, beverage, pharma, consumer goods)· Responsibility for the company-wide alignment of the system integrator approach, especially across all product areas· Close cooperation with product management, development, sales and service· Management of internal innovation projects for workflow optimizationSales, Partnership Management, Market Networking (external)· Establish and maintain relationships with machine manufacturers, software providers, brand owners, retailers and packaging service providers· Direct approach to relevant decision-makers at customers and partners for the early identification of requirements and their integration into the system architecture· Active acquisition and operational support of customer projects· Identification and evaluation of potential partners for workflow expansionOur requirements:· Studies in the field of industrial engineering, packaging technology, mechanical engineering, trade (or similar)· Several years of professional experience in the packaging industry (packaging printing, machine integration, workflow systems) as well as in business development· Experience in managing complex, cross-departmental projects· Confident appearance towards internal stakeholders and external partners· Willingness to travel internationally and very good English skills
