Ihre Aufgaben:

• Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Vorgängen im Zusammenhang mit kriegswaffen- und außenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Anforderungen
• Prüfung von Geschäftsvorgängen hinsichtlich Genehmigungs- und Meldepflichten
• Zusammenstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Genehmigungsunterlagen und Nachweisen
• Pflege und Dokumentation von Vorgängen im Bereich Exportkontrolle und Kriegswaffenkontrolle
• Überwachung bestehender Genehmigungen, Auflagen und Fristen
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Meldungen, Anträgen und behördlicher Korrespondenz
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, insbesondere Vertrieb, Einkauf, Logistik, Recht und Compliance
• Ansprechpartner für Fragen zu internen Prozessen und Vorgaben der Exportkontrolle

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder verwaltungsbezogene Ausbildung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Exportkontrolle, Außenwirtschaft, Compliance oder Genehmigungsmanagement
• Kenntnisse im deutschen und europäischen Außenwirtschafts- und Exportkontrollrecht sind von Vorteil
• Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Bewusstsein für rechtliche und regulatorische Anforderungen
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystemen
• Diskretion und zuverlässiger Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
