Heilind is the largest distributor of connectors in the USA and a very successful, internationally active medium-sized company that specializes in the distribution of high-quality electronic components (including connectors, switches, relays, sensors and labeling technology). Your Tasks

  1. Support in the administrative handling of the application process
  2. Maintenance and management of personnel files
  3. Support in the creation and management of employment contracts and other documents
  4. Participation in the organization and implementation of onboarding processes
  5. Support in the creation of reports and evaluations
  6. General administrative tasks in the daily business

Our Requirements

  1. Enrolled student or graduated student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, human resources management or a similar course of study
  2. Interest in human resources and initial experience in the HR sector is an advantage
  3. Very good MS Office skills
  4. Strong organizational skills and a careful way of working
  5. Teamwork and communication skills
  6. Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
