Business Process Expert (m/f/d) Supply Chain Master Data Management
Your new job includes
As a Business Process Expert (m/f/d) in the supply chain (temporary for 2 years), you ensure efficient, standardized and integrative processes in a cross-divisional and global context. You will ensure and promote process knowledge within Gebr. Heinemann through the optimal use of training, support and monitoring procedures.
In particular, you will
- take over the technical management of the key users and develop and provide training material including the corresponding documentation in the appropriate format
- further develop processes with the department heads, identify process problems, derive improvement measures and ensure central documentation and publication of processes.
- identify change requirements as well as technical requirements with regard to new and further development of processes, systems and functions, identify and push implementation across departments
- independent responsibility for the agreed requirements budget
- promote professional and methodological exchange in the group of process participants and work closely with central process management
- participate in projects as a subject matter expert and, if necessary, take over sub-project management
What you should bring along
- Completed studies with a focus on logistics/supply chain or comparable training with several years of professional experience, preferably in the retail/logistics environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in retail logistics, materials management and inventory management as well as experience in project work paired with sound experience in the process environment (process development, modelling, documentation, simulation, implementation, optimisation)
- Solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel and experience in the SAP MM environment as well as in the use of Jira and Confluence
- Distinct analytical and conceptual thinking skills, a good grasp of concepts as well as a very structured, conscientious and independent way of working in a fast-paced environment
- A communicative, motivated and team-oriented personality combined with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Very good written and spoken English
