E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Your new job includes

As E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) in the Digital Commerce division of our family-run company, you will support the customer-oriented further development of our webshop range and ensure operations.

In particular, you will:

• Analyze the product range and price performance in our webshop in order to derive and formulate requirements for purchasing category management and marketing with the aim of increasing the conversion rate.
• Act as an interface between e-commerce management and other relevant departments and, among other things, derive and implement process optimizations in the areas of product listing and product availability.
• Be responsible for setting up and developing the webshop\’s internal navigation, search and product recommendations.
• Determine the marketing assortments for online push and performance measures and plan their quantities.
• Determine price promotions and coupons, systematically implement and test them.
• Be the contact person for test management and second level support.

What you should bring along:

• A degree in economics or business informatics, ideally with a specialization in e-commerce.
• Several years of experience in the e-commerce environment and in agile product development.
• Ideally knowledge of testing and an interest in the IT side of issues and requirements.
• Sound knowledge of SAP Commerce – PCM is desirable.
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Structured and independent way of working, desire for responsibility and design as well as interdisciplinary teamwork.
