We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity in full-time (38,5 h/week), temporary for 1.5 years!

Supply Planner (m/f/d)

Your new job includes

As a Supply Planner (m/f/d), you will help ensure product availability, optimize inventory management, and continuously improve our supply chain processes. In doing so, you will work closely with internal and external partners throughout the entire supply chain.

In particular, you will

• independently manage an extensive brand portfolio in the beauty product category and ensure optimal product availability throughout the supply chain
• continuously expand and further develop operational and strategic collaboration with our international suppliers as part of our Supplier Collaborations
• analyze and evaluate relevant supply chain KPIs, and use them to derive and implement targeted measures to improve performance
• take responsibility for the quality of our inventory and identify and realize sustainable optimization opportunities
• serve as a technical point of contact and sounding board for related departments such as Logistics, Commercial, Demand, and Sales

What you should bring along

Preferred profile

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on supply chain/logistics or a completed business apprenticeship with the corresponding qualification
• Initial practical experience in the fields of supply chain, logistics, retail, or consumer goods, ideally in international trade
• Experience working with an ERP system, ideally SAP, as well as with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Very good written and spoken English and good written and spoken German
• A strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, procurement, and inventory planning methods
• A strong hands‑on approach combined with an independent and reliable work ethic, as well as the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, allowing you to maintain a clear overview in a fast‑paced environment
