Master Data Operator for the Liquor, Tobacco & Confectionary division (m/f/d)
Your new job includes
As a Master Data Operator, you will be responsible for the data quality of our master data and the integration of new suppliers into our day-to-day business. You will be responsible for direct supplier contact and collecting master data. In particular, you will:
- Handle the onboarding of suppliers through various input channels (data pool, Excel) and coordinate their integration into daily operations.
- Act as the direct contact for suppliers in both international and national environments to obtain master data.
- Ensure operational data management and the end-to-end master data process by validating, creating, updating, and modifying the provided master data within defined timeframes.
- Review and ensure high data quality, identify training needs, participate in training sessions, and conduct quality controls within quality management.
- Identify process gaps and propose optimization suggestions for process improvement.
- Serve as the point of contact for data-related inquiries and issues, and manage collaboration with adjacent departments.
What you should bring along
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, along with professional experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP.
- Very good German skills and confident business English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills, a confident appearance, and an independent working style.
- Consistently pursuing your goals, initiative, and enthusiasm for the work.
