Your new job includes

As a member of our family-owned business, you will inspire our customers from all over the world with excellent product assortments, your expert advice, and your warm hospitality. As a Sales Consultant in our Heinemann Duty Free Shops, you will:

• Proactively approach travellers with a welcoming smile, discover their needs, and inspire them to make additional purchases from our assortments of high-quality brands.
• Always be responsive to our customer’s needs and create an unforgettable shopping experience with your dedicated advice and attentive support.
• Ensure the perfect presentation of our assortment through your great attention to detail.
• Turn travellers into loyal customers by winning them over for Heinemann and our customer loyalty programme.
• Take responsibility for the accurate and careful handling of checkout processes.
• Live our Heinemann culture and values, engage with other team members on a personal and professional level, share your knowledge, and strive for the team’s success.

What you should bring along

• Practical experience in sales or in a customer-oriented business, preferably with product knowledge in the area of retail.
• Very good command of German and English, and ideally, proficiency in an additional language.
• Genuine passion for engaging with people, a natural service orientation, and a talent for creating memorable moments for customers and colleagues.
• Strong team, communication, and sales skills – especially the ability to understand the needs of customers with a wide range of cultural backgrounds through active listening and to act on them accordingly.
• A clear focus on achieving your goals and an awareness of your own creative autonomy.
• Your own car and a high degree of flexibility in terms of early, late, and weekend shifts.
