Your new job includes

As a Pricing Business Analyst (m/f/d), you are responsible for the effective preparation of insights, analyzes and recommendations for action to describe, evaluate and optimize pricing strategies. In this role, you will analyze the impact of pricing decisions and work on the development and refinement of pricing metrics, as well as their reporting and optimization.
In particular, you will

• be responsible for topic, method, scope and depth of relevant insights
• derive and prepare analyses appropriate to the target group in order to inform stakeholders in the price round process and to enable them to make operational, tactical or strategic pricing decisions
• develop and deliver standardized assessment procedures to support strategic and operational decision making
• implement and ensure execution of suitable analysis procedures for price evaluation in collaboration with Commercial Controlling
• create periodic and event-related white papers, exploratory analyzes and insights to identify and concretize action measures in the pricing environment
• prepare cross-divisional analysis results and insights for management and relevant stakeholders
• be the central contact within the pricing team and for specialist departments when creating ad hoc analyzes and using analysis tools

What you should bring along

• Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration
• At least 3 years of professional experience with an analytical focus in retail, ideally as a business analyst
• Strong skills in data storytelling, management reporting design and PowerPoint
• Technical understanding and excellent use of office and business warehouse tools as well as a confident ability to create management-ready presentations and white papers
• Ability to communicate and work in a team with a high degree of personal responsibility, self-motivation and understanding of quality
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
