Data Analytics Architect (m/f/d)

We, AraCom, are looking for reinforcement in the area of Data, Analytics & AI for our sister company Milestone Consult GmbH.
In challenging projects, you will revolutionize the way our customers use data and AI and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Your tasks
- Management and technical responsibility of data analytics projects, including architecture design and technology selection
- Design, implementation and optimization of modern, scalable data platforms, using Azure services (e.g. Fabric, Azure Databricks)
- Development and monitoring of best practices in the areas of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes and data quality
- Working closely with customers to analyze requirements, create solution designs and ensure successful implementation
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues
- Integration of new technologies and trends from the field of data analytics
- Supporting the sales team in the creation of technical concepts and offers
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, related fields or training as an IT specialist in application development
- Several years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of data analytics projects, ideally in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Power BI and data modeling
- Experience in developing Power BI reports and DAX models and optimizing performance
- Knowledge of modern Big Data technologies (e.g. Sparks, Databricks) and frameworks is an advantage
- Experience in agile development environments to communicate technical concepts in an understandable way
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of initiative
- High degree of team spirit
- Very good knowledge of German and English (B2+)
