Document Manager Future Programs (d/m/w)
Engineering Data Management plays a key role on the way to \“digital engineering\“. Some upcoming projects such as the completely digital development of an unmanned drone or the increasingly international way of working within the Group require new processes and systems in the area of data management.
The job holder (d/m/w) works as \“Document Manager Future Programs\“ (d/m/w) mainly for current, international development projects in the field of Unmanned Aerial Systems, for example for EuroDrone or Future Combat Air System (FCAS). In these new programs, the challenge is to continue to strictly adhere to company and regulatory requirements, but to adapt the processes to new ways of working, such as Agile Methodology, Digital Signature and Virtual Development.
The job holder will work as Document Manager Future Programs (d/m/w). The job description is structured as follows:
- Contact point for the specialist departments of the development organization for all matters relating to document management
- Supporting the project teams in recording development results, project documents and data with the associated attributes
- Distribution of data in accordance with project specifications and security, export and copyright instructions
- Continuous improvement of data management processes and tools in light of international partnerships and the desire for close, digital and efficient collaboration
- Coordination of interfaces in the international environment
