IT Administrator (m/f/d) for Citrix infrastructure

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the administration and maintenance of the Citrix infrastructure, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Netscaler
• Planning, implementation and continuous improvement of Citrix-based solutions
• Monitoring and managing the server, network and system landscape (monitoring)
• Ensuring the availability and performance of the systems
• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions within the Citrix environment and adjacent systems
• Participation in the implementation of security guidelines and protective measures
• Working closely with other IT departments to integrate and support application processes
• Creation and maintenance of system documentation and manuals (Jira/Confluence)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable training
• Several years of experience in IT administration, especially with Citrix products
• Sound knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Netscaler and Citrix Provisioning
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and network protocols
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially VMware
• Experience in the implementation and management of IT security solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team orientation and very good communication skills
