IT Specialist (f/m/d)
Individual counseling, care and support, therapy and aftercare, but also a wide range of prevention services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in 30 projects at 20 locations: Since its foundation in 1982, Drogenhilfe Nordhessen e. V. has developed into a modern social service provider and has established a differentiated network of help.
We help to avoid addiction through training and information.
We offer people with substance dependency open help or treatment in our specialist clinic.
We provide support for the start of a new life with aftercare in residential groups.

Your tasks:
- Installation, configuration and administration of PCs, notebooks and various peripheral devices
- Administration of the server and network infrastructure
- Locating, analyzing, and rectifying faults
- Providing customers with technical and organizational advice on standard software
- Automated software distribution and remote maintenance of workstations
- Support for mobile workstations with VPN and other encryption mechanisms
- Installation and support of specialist IT applications and customer-specific solutions
- Creation and updating of operational documentation
- Communication with external companies/contractors in the area of IT and communication
Our expectations:
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn
- A high level of social and communication skills
- Confident and experienced handling of the common MS Office products as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with new IT programs
- Structured and independent way of working
