Responsibilities:
- Data center operations: You maintain and develop the virtual server landscape as well as storage and backup solutions.
- IT processes: You optimize and control workflows in Microsoft Windows environments.
- Monitoring & Analysis: You use modern tools to keep an eye on the systems and get to the bottom of errors.
- Citrix solutions: You ensure optimum performance, rectify faults, and keep the systems up to date with updates (e.g., XenApp, XenDesktop).
- Workflows: You automate workflows to make IT and business processes more efficient.
- Support: You are the first point of contact for specialist departments with technical questions.
- IT end devices: You install, configure, and integrate devices into the infrastructure.
- Documentation: You record IT processes and systems in clear documentation.

- Training or experience: Completed training as an IT specialist (gn) or comparable IT training – career changers (gn) with relevant IT experience are also welcome.
- Practical experience: First professional experience in the IT environment.
- Technical know-how: Solid knowledge of MS Windows, networks, servers, and clients.
- Microsoft 365: Experience in this area is an advantage.
- Nice-to-have: A training certificate would be a plus.
