IT System Administrator (m/f/d)
Genuport Trade GmbH is one of the largest and most modern distributors of luxury foods and foodstuffs in Germany. Our portfolio includes products from the categories sweet baked goods, chocolate, salty snacks, confectionery & fresh sweets, drinks, breakfast products, functional food, frozen food and delicatessen. Genuport manages the nationwide distribution and marketing of over 50 national and international food brands.
We are looking for an IT system administrator (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience with immediate effect:
Responsibilities
- User support in 1st and 2nd level support for all technical questions and concerns
- Installation, configuration, operation and monitoring of client and server systems (primarily Microsoft) and mobile devices
- Client management for our computers, printers, mobile devices and other peripherals
- Selection and procurement of IT equipment
- Support for infrastructure changes (relocation management)
- License management
- IT-side coordination and implementation of tasks and projects
- Administration, configuration and documentation of the existing IT infrastructure
- Collaboration in the continuous improvement of the internal IT infrastructure (especially in the client environment)
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for support processes
Qualifications
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT support and in dealing with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- High degree of service-oriented thinking and acting
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Strong communication skills
- Personal responsibility, flexibility, initiative and team spirit
