Low-Code Automation Consultant (m/w/d) (Bachelor Professional – IT (Softwareentwicklung))

Your role

As a Low-Code Automation Consultant, you will play a key role in optimizing and automating business processes for our clients using low-code platforms. You will collaborate closely with customers, analyze existing workflows, and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What you\’ll do:

1. Analyze and assess existing business processes to identify automation potential
2. Develop and implement applications using low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Locoia and fluks (Cloudklabauter/Domus)
3. Integrate databases and external systems through APIs or self-built connectors
4. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance
5. Create documentation and provide training for end-users
6. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to continuously improve implemented solutions

What we\’re looking for:

1. Proven professional experience in software development, ideally with low-code platforms (3+ years preferred)
2. Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python and SQL, as well as experience with API integrations
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Experience working with clients and translating business requirements into technical solutions
5. Experience in real estate and property management (advantage)
6. Excellent communication skills in both English and German
