For our location in Nuremberg we are looking for a
Senior DevOps Engineer with Kubernetes experience (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility:
- Management of Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters and service meshes such as Istio
- Development, maintenance and configuration of Helm charts for the deployment and management of applications on Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms
- Building and deploying applications on Kubernetes platforms
- Setting up and managing monitoring and logging solutions for efficient monitoring and troubleshooting, including the use of Elasticsearch and ELK stack
- Building and optimizing container-based pipelines to improve deployment processes
- Implementation of GitOps practices and use of ArgoCD for automated deployment and management of applications
- Support in the administration and operation of Linux servers
- Administration of software repository managers such as Artifactory or Nexus
- Working according to agile methods (Scrum or Kanban)
Your profile:
- Completed studies in computer science, mathematics or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in cloud development, especially with platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Sound knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash and Python
- Experience in using CI/CD tools and version management with Git
- Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
