We are looking for a candidate (m/f/d) who represents the above-mentioned fields in their full breadth in research and teaching, with a strong focus on intellectual property law, particularly in areas such as copyright law, trademark law and patent law.

Inadditiontoexperienceinsecuringexternalfunding,thesuccessfulcandidateisexpectedto demonstrate an excellent track record in academic teaching and a strong commitment to academic self-administration. Furthermore, an interest in interdisciplinary research and an internationalprofile areconsideredimportant.Thecontinuation andfurtherdevelopmentof theLL.M.programme“GewerblicherRechtsschutz”(intellectualpropertylaw)andtheCenter for Intellectual Property Law are desireable.
