YOUR TASKS
- Review, analysis and drafting of contracts and various legal documents
- Drafting of internal legal memos and providing high-level legal advice and basis for decisions to first line managers
- Contractual negotiations of HELLA standards and customer T&C with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Supporting action items and drafting legal documents for M&A and joint ventures
- Recruitment and supervision of external legal advisors
- Interaction with other members of the HELLA and Forvia Group WW legal organization
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in law, potential German qualification (First and Second Staatsexam)
- Minimum of 4 years experience, with a strong focus on contractual and transactional matters, ideally in the automotive industry or in an International Law Firm
- Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and German
- Very good skills for MS Office and legal research sites
- Very good editorial skills, synthesis and assertiveness
- Strong leadership skills in interdisciplinary teams
- Outstanding dynamism and responsiveness
- Curiosity combined with solution orientation & pragmatism
