YOUR TASKS

In the Electronics Division at the Schortens site, you will work as a Software Project Manager on technical tasks within software development, including:

• Capacity and cost planning, including responsibility for optimal collaboration and workload distribution
• Ensuring compliance with project and customer milestones
• Team leadership as well as project planning and control
• Supporting cross-departmental and global collaboration between project teams, acting as an interface between the software team, project team, management, and customer
• Reporting project progress to higher-level management

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable engineering qualification
• Initial experience and technical knowledge in programming and software development; experience in software development, integration, or testing is desirable
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and Application Lifecycle Management tools
• Competence in managing project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and quality, along with the ability to independently develop conceptual solutions
• Strong teamwork, assertiveness, and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
