We are looking for candidate with passion about logistics to join our Sea freight Import Brokerage team, you will perform the following tasks, among others.

About the job

• Complete Customs Declarations and quality checking
• Complete Transnet documents and Refunds
• Handling Customs / SAPS / Border Police and NRCS Stops
• Handling of Landed Costings
• Tariff classification AND TDN applications
• Applying for customs refunds

About you

• Must display clear knowledge understanding of the forwarding and Clearing industry
• Knowledge of the current incoterms
• Customs and Excise Act of 1964
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to the area of responsibility
• At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in similar role
• Matric
• Qualification in Logistics is advantageous
