About the job
A member of Asia’s Regional Data Quality Team, the Master Data Management Analyst works together with other regional Data Quality teams, Country Operation teams and overseas Key Account Managers to ensure that data is compliant with global data quality standards.
- Ensures data quality on freight forwarding operations systems and handles non-compliance issues.
- Analyzes KPI reports and coordinates with operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Conducts system training to operations staff across the region upon new SOP, modification on systems (sometimes)
- Support the roll-out of company-wide information systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Data Management (CDM)
- Other ad hoc assignments.
About you
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:
- 1 year of relevant work experience in data maintains
- Microsoft Office 365 Products
- Basic sense of system interface
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Able to think analytically
- Problem-solving skills
- Comfortable communicating with people at all levels and from different cultures and backgrounds
- Quality-focused and customer-focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
- Works well independently and in teams
- Oracle and Expediant experience as a preferencei>
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any relevant discipline is considered an advantage
