The Vice President Product VIS Hellmann Fashion Logistics is a global strategic leader responsible for driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence across the Fashion vertical, spanning fast fashion, luxury, and e-commerce.
This role defines and executes a customer-centric strategy by aligning sustainable, value-added logistics solutions with evolving market needs. Working closely with Sales, Operations, IT, and Sustainability, the VP ensures seamless cross-functional collaboration to position the company as the logistics partner of choice for global fashion brands.
About The Job

• Defines and executes a comprehensive global strategy for the Fashion vertical, anticipating market trends and aligning offerings across fast fashion, luxury, and e-commerce segments.
• Drives global revenue growth by leading the vertical’s commercial strategy and fostering long-term, executive-level relationships with major fashion brands.
• Leads the design and delivery of innovative, end-to-end logistics solutions tailored to the dynamic needs of the fashion supply chain, from production to point of sale.
• Ensures alignment of vertical initiatives with the company’s digital transformation and sustainability objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversees financial performance, setting and managing budgets, performance metrics, and investment priorities to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
• Guides and mentors a global leadership team, cultivating a high-performance culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Represents the company as an industry thought leader by engaging in key forums, trade events, and client roundtables to elevate brand presence and thought leadership.
• Manages risks and compliance across global operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, company policies, and evolving fashion industry requirements.

About You

• Master\’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required, MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in Fashion, logistics, supply chain, or transportation
• At least 5 years in senior leadership role
• Proven success leading a global product vertical or P&L in the fashion sector
• Deep understanding of fashion logistics requirements
• Experience in working in a matrixed, multicultural environment
• Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capability
• Outstanding acumen and client relationship management
• Ability to lead global teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficient in English
• Used to global travel
