Product Marketing Lead, Global Partnerships

As the Product Marketing Lead, Global Partnerships, you will be the strategic owner and operational linchpin for defining and executing high‑impact corporate, product‑led incentives and brand partnership campaigns across the international business. You will manage and orchestrate complex, high‑value workstreams, ensuring disciplined execution, product messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy that drives measurable brand and commercial impact.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Ownership & Go-to-Market (GTM) Definition

  • Define GTM and messaging strategy for corporate partnerships, consulting on incentive strategy and channel plans.
  • Consult on developing a testing framework for campaign objectives and business briefing parameters.
  • Craft product messaging and narratives that translate partnership value into consumer‑relevant proof points for multi‑market campaigns.
  • Build comprehensive initiative briefs for planning and execution across Brand, Creative, EVA, BD, and Local teams.

Campaign Orchestration & Execution Leadership

  • Lead cross‑functional project management to keep global and local teams on track with milestones and ETAs.
  • Drive operational execution across all live marketing channels, including paid marketing and CRM.
  • Consult on end‑to‑end customer experience preparation and testing, ensuring legal T&Cs and journey testing.
  • Coordinate cross‑country partnership efforts and key internal stakeholders.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Own campaign reporting, compiling results and key insights with Local Marketing Analytics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide PMM perspective on metrics tracking.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in product marketing or related roles, preferably in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
  • Expertise in messaging and GTM strategy, with a proven record of crafting compelling narratives.
  • Deep brand and performance knowledge, applying insights to demand generation.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management, leading cross‑functional projects in multiple markets.
  • Understanding of pricing, discounting, and brand campaigns that generate earned media.
  • Data‑driven mindset, comfortable with analytics to inform decisions and optimizations.
  • Bridge‑building ability between creative, technical teams, and product requirements.
