The Role
At HelloFresh, the right Menu and Content for our end-customers directly contributes to our company mission to change the way people eat forever. As the Food Systems Alliance, we are building and globalizing systems throughout the entire Food Journey, from ingredient to production. We envision a future where our customers consistently select among the most varied, yet high-quality recipes in our menu and receive their boxes filled with high-quality ingredients, sourced carefully, and delivered sustainably. In the last two years, the Food Systems Alliance has been digitizing enterprise processes and making progress with several tools to enable our internal teams to work efficiently. The Alliance is preparing to incorporate more data, intelligence, and insights into decision-making with cutting-edge forecasting, algorithmic solutions, and recommender engines. Our Menu to Content Tribe develops intelligent solutions to optimize menu planning, personalize menus, improve demand forecasting, and integrate content across digital and physical touchpoints. Our goal is to enable internal teams to deliver the most desirable menus for end-customers while minimizing internal complexity and cost to serve.

What You Will Do

• Lead product improvements: Define and drive the product strategy and a roadmap of up to 15 months for your domain, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with physical product and operations teams to translate data and technology strategies into tangible business outcomes and user benefits.
• Hypothesis-driven development: Prioritize customer needs by iterating on existing strategies or developing new product capabilities. Use user feedback, research, and data analysis to define hypotheses and make informed decisions.
• Enhance data quality and integration: Ensure products deliver high-quality, well-integrated data by understanding dependencies and data needs of other systems, incorporating these into your definition of done.
• Data-driven problem solving: Define and monitor KPIs for your products and initiatives, conduct analyses, decompose complex problems, identify core issues, and simplify topics for clarity.
• Experimentation and iteration: Develop and lead A/B testing and experimentation strategies to inform decisions for physical products. Use results and analytics to refine hypotheses continuously.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive hands-on product management experience, especially with enterprise or B2B products, internal tooling, or data products, leading teams of 5+ engineers and scientists.
• Strong ability to connect technology and data solutions to business outcomes, understanding customer and stakeholder needs to support strategic goals.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven products, influencing without direct authority, and aligning teams around a shared vision.
• Experience with experimentation and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present insights to leadership.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with science, engineering, and physical product teams to discover and deliver solutions.
• A fail-fast, learn mentality with experience building POCs and MVPs linked to business value.
