Postdoc (f/m/d) Development of All-Perovskite Triple Junction Solar Cells Reference No.: SE 2026/14 Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (HZB) conducts research on energy materials and develops next-generation photovoltaic technologies from materials to devices. The Department of Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells develops metal-halide perovskite solar cells and has achieved several world records for perovskite-silicon and perovskite-CIGS tandem solar cells. Our current research focuses on advancing all-perovskite multi-junction solar cells by investigating material properties and charge-carrier dynamics, developing new device configurations, improving operational stability, and scaling up device areas. In this postdoctoral position, you will contribute to the development of perovskite-based triple-junction solar cells. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced scientist with expertise in perovskite solar cells to join our international and multidisciplinary team.
