The Department of Quantum Technologies is looking for a PhD Student (f/m/d) Spectroscopy of telecom quantum emitters in SiC (subject to final approval by the project sponsor).
Your tasks
- Planning and execution of experiments on confocal microscopy of quantum emitters
- Analysis and modelling of the experimental data
- Carrying out literature research
- Publication and presentation of scientific results
Your profile
- Completed university studies (Master/Diploma) in Physics, Engineering Physics or a related subject area obtained with above-average qualifications
- Good skills in experimental physics
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment
- Written and spoken English
- Python and/or Labview programming skills
