Responsibilities
- - Research, design and train foundational intelligence models
- - Train and fine-tune Vision-Language Models on custom datasets
- - Own the model lifecycle from data curation through to evaluation
- - Contribute to applied AI research and get it into production

Requirements
- - MSc or PhD in machine learning, computer science or mathematics with a deep learning focus
- - Theoretical and practical experience training foundational models
- - Strong Python and fluency with modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX
- - Able to write custom layers, loss functions and distributed training loops
- - Clear communication and first-principles thinking
- Nice to have:
- - Publications at NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR or ACL
- - Data curation, cleaning and pipeline work
