What You’ll Be Doing
- Play an important role in the annual salary review and bonus processes for executive functions, ensuring high-quality delivery, accurate data and timely execution
- Prepare meaningful compensation analyses, reports and dashboards that support well-founded decision-making for HR, management and governance bodies.
- Help shape and continuously improve compensation elements, processes and tools across the Group
- Take ownership of selected group-wide benefit programmes and employee share account administration.
- Create clear and well-structured compensation materials for senior management and the Board of Directors
- Support compensation planning, projects, regulatory reporting and audit documentation in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Act as a trusted contact for HR teams and line managers on compensation-related questions and evolving pay transparency topics (i.e. equal pay, EU pay transparency)
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- University degree in business administration, economics, finance, human resources, psychology, or a related field, ideally complemented by relevant further education in compensation, total rewards or HR analytics.
- Relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within an international or group-wide environment
- Good understanding of compensation processes, incentive schemes, job evaluation methodologies, benefits and market benchmarking.
- High level of accuracy, discretion and reliability when working with sensitive compensation data and complex governance requirements.
- Ability to turn complex compensation topics into clear insights, presentations and recommendations
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders professionally and build trusted working relationships
- Proactive, hands‑on personality who takes ownership while staying service‑oriented and collaborative
