What you'll be doing
Contribute to the Group Sustainability reporting process and regulatory disclosures
Analyze, consolidate, and maintain ESG data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Support sustainability-related projects, including the new double materiality assessment and stakeholder engagement activities
Assist in strengthening ESG governance, controls, and documentation
Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and management materials on sustainability topics
What you'll bring to the role
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
Strong interest in sustainability reporting and ESG topics
Attention to detail and a structured, accurate way of working
Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking
Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis and reporting is an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German, Italian, Spanish, and/or French is an advantage
