Overview In this role, you support Specialty Lines underwriting by processing new and renewal business with accuracy and efficiency. You act as a reliable contact for brokers and clients on administrative and accounting matters, ensuring smooth end-to-end workflows. You prepare key information for underwriting decisions and manage policy payments with attention to taxes and terrorism pool requirements. You contribute to service quality through clear documentation and proper filing of contracts, supporting a dynamic, cross-border insurance environment. Verantwortungsbereiche Process new and renewal underwriting submissions accurately and efficiently Serve as point of contact for brokers and clients on administrative and accounting matters Review submissions and correspondence, follow up on missing information Prepare reports such as loss runs, risk assessments, and loss ratios to support underwriting decisions Manage policy payment details including taxes and terrorism pool requirements Assist in resolving customer service topics and maintain clear documentation Ensure proper filing and archiving of insurance and reinsurance contracts and related correspondence Zentrale Anforderungen Experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of insurance products, services, and processes Background in administration, finance, customer service, or risk management, preferably in insurance Structured, accurate, and analytical working style with ability to make independent decisions Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable with SAP Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a dynamic environment Collaborative mindset and proven ability to build cross-team and external relationships Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional languages are a plus collaborative mindset strong written and spoken communication high attention to detail Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel SAP
