Overview
As a Senior Consultant at Helvetia Consulting AG, you will drive and steer Asset Management initiatives in a fast-paced, international setting. You shape concepts and ensure their successful execution, contributing to Helvetia's strategic progress. You will work across the Group Asset Management value chain and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. This role offers a meaningful impact by enabling transformation and improving how asset management solutions are delivered.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Drive and manage projects across the full value chain of Group Asset Management in German and English
- Develop simple, effective solutions to complex challenges and implement them with clear focus and direction
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of seniority across the organization
- Ensure compliance with corporate quality standards
- Lead initiatives and shape concepts while ensuring successful execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance strategic progress
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Solid, multi-year experience as a senior project manager in Asset Management
- Proven methodological expertise in managing complex, group-wide projects
- Very good knowledge of Asset Management products and IT solutions (e.g., BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension) is desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical and proactive mindset
