Commercial EmployeeOn behalf of one of our clients, a dynamic and recognized company active in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Commercial Employee for a fixed-term contract (CDD).Commercial EmployeeYour main missions- Transports: Ensure the processing, costing, and rigorous control of transport and delivery notes for the purpose of invoicing.- Creditors: Perform precise control of supplier invoices.- Internal collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the accounting, purchasing, and human resources departments.- Administration & Drafting: Carry out various essential drafting tasks, such as the preparation of offers and the drafting of various correspondence.- Reception & Front Desk: Take charge of physical and telephone reception (clients, management, management of mail and emails).- Logistics support: Serve as a relay for the management to ensure the fluidity of flows on the site in an optimal manner.- Versatility: Participate in any occasional or recurring activity related to the proper functioning of the company's flows.Your profile:- Holder of a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent.- You possess successful experience in a similar position, ideally acquired within a company active in the construction or industrial field.- Knowledge of the Abacus software represents a real asset.- You demonstrate absolute discretion, rigor, efficiency, and possess a keen sense of organization and responsibility.- Endowed with an excellent aptitude for teamwork, you are a dynamic and proactive person.What our client offers you:- A fixed-term contract (CDD) with great flexibility on the rate (part-time or full-time).- A start date (available immediately).- The opportunity to join a solid structure and a close-knit and dynamic work team. jid43b067caen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
