For one of our clients based in the Gros-de-Vaud region, we are looking for a 100% position.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan and organize technician interventions by preparing documents, equipment, and necessary items to ensure readiness for the day of the intervention.- Update the schedule and inform stakeholders of any changes.- Register and track customer requests until resolution, following up if necessary.- Establish quotes and orders, track deliveries, and verify their compliance.- Advise customers, answer their questions, and research technical solutions with the team.- Manage internal and external communications, including phone calls and follow-ups in customer systems.- Establish, update, and organize department procedures, workflows, and documents.- Collaborate with colleagues, share information, participate in meetings, and support service missions.- Ensure follow-up of customer files and interventions, manage correspondence, and perform any other task assigned by the manager.SKILLS- Excellent communication skills and sense of service.- Ability to work autonomously, sense of priorities, very dynamic, attention to detail, rigor, deadline tracking.- Discretion, integrity.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial employee.- Experience in after-sales service (SAV).- Perfect command of French (writing and spelling).- Very good knowledge of MS Office. jidecd6f23aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
