Our client, a leading international banking institution based in Zurich, is seeking an experienced KYC & Client Lifecycle Management Analyst to join its Client Lifecycle Management team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC reviews, regulatory requirements and account maintenance within a Swiss banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Relationship Managers and Front Office teams throughout the client onboarding and account maintenance lifecycle.
Review and validate client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Conduct KYC reviews and client due diligence assessments in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Act as a first line of defence by controlling and validating account opening files and KYC reviews.
Provide guidance to Front Office teams regarding documentation requirements and onboarding processes.
Coordinate with Compliance, AML and other internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient client onboarding and periodic reviews.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and review processes to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Profile Sought
Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, Client Onboarding, Account Opening or Account Maintenance within a banking or financial services environment.
Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations, KYC standards, client documentation and AML requirements.
Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Proactive mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Avaloq is considered a strong advantage.
Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are highly appreciated.
