About the Role
We are looking for a Director to lead our Industrial Cybersecurity practice (Manufacturing, Pharma & Industrial Products) and drive large-scale security transformation programs for our global clients.
Your Responsibilities

Lead complex cyber transformation programs across OT, IAM, Supply Chain and Managed Services

Build and nurture long-term strategic client relationships

Grow and develop a high-performing international delivery team

Identify new business opportunities and craft compelling value propositions
Your Profile
-
10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Pharma or Industrial Products environments

Expertise in one or more domains: OT Security, IAM, Supply Chain Security, Cyber Strategy, NIS2 / EU CRA compliance

Proven track record in business development and strategic account management

Strong leadership in multicultural environments, with excellent analytical and communication skills

Knowledge of IEC-62443, NIST CSF frameworks; certifications such as CISSP, GICSP or equivalent are a plus

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field

Fluent English required — German or French is a strong advantage
