Das voraussichtliche Gehalt liegt zwischen 90000 - 126000 € pro Jahr.
In dieser Rolle berätst und unterstützt du unsere Geschäftsleitung, Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitenden der Geschäftsstellen in der Romandie in Sachen Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Sicherheitsbeauftragten der anderen Geschäftsstellen zusammen.
Aufgaben:
- Durchführung von Safety-Trainings und Verarbeitung von arbeitssicherheitsrelevanten Dokumenten
- Erstellung von Gefährdungs- und Risikoanalysen
- Interne Audits und Begehungen sowie Entwicklung von Vorschlägen bezüglich passender Massnahmen
- Beratung und Unterstützung bei Unfallabklärungen und -meldungen
- Täglich in der ganzen Westschweiz unterwegs und monatlich in Ebikon für Meetings
Deine idealen Voraussetzungen:
- Technische Grundausbildung mit Grundkenntnissen in Elektromechanik
- Weiterbildung in Technik und / oder Betriebswirtschaft von Vorteil
- Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachperson EigV oder Spezialist
- in ASGS (oder Bereitschaft dazu)
- Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung Sachverständige
- r Strahlenschutz
- Solide Erfahrung in der Aufzugsbranche oder in ähnlichen Branchen
- Sehr gute Französisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, Bilingue von Vorteil aber beide mindestens B2
