SAP Authorization Specialist

For a permanent role, we need a German speaker with first class SAP Authorization skills.

You will take the lead on security & authorizations across their entire SAP environment: ERP, BW/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager, HANA, SAP Cloud…

What You’ll Do

• Designing, implementing and monitoring SAP authorizations.
• Managing user & role administration with a quality-driven approach (no role spaghetti, please).
• Driving the SAP security strategy and IAM concepts, using XAMS (Xiting).
• Working closely with the internal SAP team, business units and external partners.
• Supporting SoD, compliance and audit requirements.
• Handling Incident / Problem / Change Management for authorization topics.
• Being the go-to person for anything related to SAP authorizations.

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Authorization Management (ERP or S/4HANA).
• Strong command of PFCG, SU24, role design, SoD principles and SAP security fundamentals.
• Experience with Fiori & SAP Cloud permissions is an advantage.
• XAMS experience is a big plus.
• Structured, analytical and quality‑focused mindset.
